Eligibility
If you plan to test: be sure to use the official form. The latest form is available on the NAVHDA web site together with instructions to fill are available at the address
navhda.org form express. This link brings you to the test entry latest PDF form. Please fill the date according to the format: /mm/dd/yyyy

Order of Priority
Test will be posted on the Ottawa Valley and NAVHDA sites as of September each year. The selection for entering an Ottawa Valley test will be based on the following:
1- Members who have actively volunteered in Chapter events will be given first priority through September and October
2- Members will be given priority over non-members for the period of November and December
3- Non-Member will be considered starting in January
Please note that all can submit entry forms at any time after the test dates are published and their entries will be kept on file and considered according to their application date and the Club’s Order of Priority as stated above by the test secretary.

Filling the test entry form enter the date according to the format: mm/dd/yyyy for example, for May 03, 2026 enter 05/03/2026.
